NAM Exhibition


NAM2026 is excited to host both non-profit and industry exhibitors. The exhibition will run throughout the conference from Monday 20th July to Friday 24th July, with stalls located across all three floors of the Teaching and Learning Building. This provides excellent visibility and opportunities to engage with the estimated 600 delegates from across the UK astronomy community, including researchers at all career stages, instrument developers, and decision-makers from major institutions and observatories.

What to expect as an exhibitor

As an exhibitor at NAM 2026, you will receive:


  • Exhibition stall: A table (size depending on standard or XL) with space for banner stands or display materials, plus two chairs
  • Dedicated parallel session: A slot in the "Engaging with Industry" session to present your company and latest developments to the astronomy community. Please indicate if you’d like to present in the registration form
  • WiFi throughout the venue
  • Power supply: Available upon request (UK standard 230V AC Type G) - please indicate if needed during registration

Prices

All stall holders shall register and pay the registration fee (to be published soon). This includes full access to the conference, coffee and packed lunches for the whole week and will provide the opportunity to specify dietary requirements.

How to register

To register as an exhibitor, please complete the exhibitor registration form by March 31st.

You will receive confirmation of your stall allocation and floor location once exhibitor attendance has been finalised
